Misbehavior with passenge

Sir,

I have booked ticket in Indian Railway,

While travelling, I have booked meals. I have provided meals but not water, I have demanded for it.

Then, I have been deeply insulted by the canteen manager with abusing language and told he don't have complaint / suggestion book. I deeply hurted with the bad service.

It is rrequested to intervene and take appropriate action.
