Infosys HR policies are differ for diffrent candidates.
I have been rejected after clearing all interviews stating that my 10 and 12 percentage is not meeting with the crieteria.
now i came to know from one of my friend that person is receiving offer from infosys as Senior positions with high package for pune location and interviews held in pune only.
Now the point is that, the fellow has very poor academic background with a YEAR LOSS in his engineering.
According to infosys policy u need to have good percentage throughout ur academics (10 12) now a days infy has stopped looking for academics. Or they actually dont look the form they give to fill up at the time of interview.
it simply means the candidates who skipped by mistake by hr are in the infy inspite of whatever poor academics or backlogs they have in there resume.
It is clearly mentioned in the policy that candidate should have consistent 60%, as was told to me.now i would like to ask is it applicable to only few candidates?
in my openion year loss should get more weightage (when it comes to deffering candidate from their hiring process) as compare to little less percentage.
otherwise it will be very unfair to those who beleive in your policies.
Mr muruthy... it is my request please take neccesary actions against it otherwise infy will be the right place for ppl who actually do nothing:-)
