Fruad in campus drive

Hello

I am in a deep tension. In campus drive held in our college i got selected and they offer me to work with their company and Give stipend or salary but i have been work from 3months still they not paid me yet and they also take 13, 500 for PHP traning. When i complaint about it they want resigns from me.

Plx help me...
