Salary Issue

I worked with Kasa lights & Electronics P.Ltd, 3rd Flr, Rohit Kunj Market, Pitampura, New Delhi.

They didn't give me any appointment letter & never describe their rules & regulation for our employment.

I left from this company 9-April without any prior notice because here is my appointment on temporary basic not permanent employee,

They didn't give my salary, they said I informed him before one day, it's not according to company rules.

But they never describe me organisation rules.

I haven't any proof regarding this employment, I was cash payee their, I know employees details, organisation details & MD's details, But I haven't any written proof.

Can I collect my 1 week salary from this organisation according to any rules.
