Now I lost my patient, sorry to informed you but will go for legal action.
No. of times I have call you. But could not get positive reply from your side. As my salary dues for the 3 month are yet to be paid from yourside.
As you know salary amount/money is of employee & it has to be paid to employee as & when company’s month cycle ends. If you have any specific terms for payment of salary (i.e. performance or any other terms) you have to clarify it to the employee at the time of joining your organization. But just for sake of employment you have hide such terms and disclose it with employee when he has asked for his salary for 3 months is not at all fair business policy. Afterwards termination letter has been posted to my home, on what basis letter of termination issued to me? Delaying / not paying employees’ salary does not show your organization having any value of its employee/ past employee. Your organization has made psychological harassment to employee in such small matter of salary. I am suffering from health problem because of psychological harassment, my nervous system get affected.
As I am in need of money and I am asking for my salary it is my legal rights. Even you have forced me to signed/accept your terms/policy papers after continuous service of 3 months at december, by manipulating statement that if I would sign on your terms/ policy papers you would pay my salary. As I have to pay my son’s school fees, I was helpless as no other source of income was with me; I suppose to be agreeing to sign your terms/policy papers. Even your offer letter also not mentioning about any terms for salary. If it was there in offer letter I supposed to never join your organization
None has time to call you often and often, but employee is doing it as his own money get stuck off because of your irresponsible approach/ behavior/treatment with your past employee. None want to involve in legal matters but your organization forced us to go for legal action. Have you ever think on it your own money has been stuck off because of someone’s irresponsible act. I am only person in my family to earn money. My son’s has to suffered lot because of not paying his school fees.
Lastly I want to clarify you, If my 3 months salary/dues has not be sorted out within a 15th August (i.e. cheque has not been issued to me) before will send you legal notice through my lawyer. So please do take effective steps to pay my pending salary on urgent basis to avoid such mishap. I do not want your organization image/ reputation get spoiled as I had been associated with it, but if my request of 3 months salary which is my legal rights did not get redress at earliest, will do all…...
