As I was working with the organisation for three years from 2004 to 2007 I have not received my complete PF A/C No (MH/43305/). Only company code mentioned in my salary slip without Employee code. When I submitt my PF Claim form to the address it came back as there is no organisation in the given address. So please kindly advise for the same.
