Cant register online

I am 30 years old (dob 20-12-1979). I have paid Rs 500 towrds the fee of SBI PO . But i cant apply for same post online because i cant choose my dob year as 1979 from the date of birth combo box. I am just 30 years old man (open category-no reservation). In the notifcation there will be a clause that 30 years old person can apply. Please give me a solution.
