Not recived salary

Hi i was working with Kyra Tours firm in pune day 1 i joined i asked for offer letter but my boss said will give after 15days he said that to dont cum on job when i asked about my salary he said that i will think whether to give salary or not. I worked their for 15days that also 10hrs daily and spended my petrol of more than rs600 but didnt even got any salary. I dont know what to do request to show me the way to get my salary.
