Hi All,
I had received an email from Lexi pens for a job interview for the post of Business analyses manager, though even before leaving for the interview I confirmed by calling Ritu & Namita, I was asked to come for the interview as the post was vacant. I made the call around 10:30am after several attempts to contact Ritu & Namita to confirm regarding the interview. It seemed all the time I called from morning they were in meeting and got to speak to Namita at last. After spending, travelling two hours and waiting half hour in their office I was informed that the post is filled. When I insisted to see the person and confirm the same Ms. Namita merely just walked in, as though doing a favour and took an interview. When asked why I was informed that the post is full she said 'Oh, yes it got filled in morning.' So why had she taken my interview I asked on which she replied that just in case they need me again. I don’t understand the motive behind the interview. Why was I called on the first place, for an interview?
Why the hell was I then asked to come? Is this the way to ask people to come for an interview?
I spent my time, energy, and money which isn’t less for me. As a company I think it’s more of a fashion world out there, where ladies are more interested in catwalk than work & certainly they have a lousy memory or a short term memory loss, as they don’t remember what they discuss within an hour. It’s a miracle that being in HR they can’t keep a track of their basic JOB RESPONSIBILITY! Please find the attached email which was sent to me by the same.

She will be responsible for following up with the sales team on achievement of the targets
will be responsible for the preparation of MIS reports and produce the same to the management
Shall calculate the incentives etc of the team on the basis of analysis of the performance of the team
