I was asked to write articles for the company 36T9 Interactive Solutions for their web page and for another company, Xclaimmedia through the first company. My employer's name is Samiksha. I was promised that I would be paid Rs 250 per article of around 300 words. On completion of all the articles, the lady refused to pay me. She does not take my calls, does not provide me the office address and even says that the articles i wrote for Xclaimmedia will not be paid for because she has issues with the client. But I have written the articles, so i have worked. It has almost been a month and even after repeated reminders and repeated requests I have not been paid.
During the entire timespan, I have been MENTALLY and EMOTIONALLY HARRASSED. My services and trust has been exploited. The company, where I only know Samiksha as she has been in touch with me and she is the one who offered me the project, owes me a sum of Rs 6500/-
Samiksha has been ignoring me for long and i need my pay.
I need to be paid and cannot take the stress further. I have tried pleading, requesting, reminding and mailing; all to no avail. My phonecalls have not been answered.
PLEASE HELP ME GET MY DUE.
