I did part time content writing for the company 36t9 Interactive Solutions, Ghaziabad. the person who offered me this job was Samiksha, who is the head. She promised me a sum of Rs 250/- per article. After procuring a number of articles from me, she refuses to pay me. she does not send the payment, after i went there to collect the cheque, the cheque bounced. her husban abused a person who spoke to them on my behalf. she thinks the court and the consumer forum cannot help me. she thinks that the bank cannot do anything either.
she has not been taking my calls. i have also sent her numerous mails. it has been a month and i feel MENTALLY and EMOTIONALLY HARASSED. and i cannot take it any longer. this is the second time i have registered a complaint. PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION.
