Sir, We are very hopeful about your cmmitment for better service to customers. But in reality some of your employed people are behaving opposite. Just for example, to day (27.5.10) at 13.50Hr. I wanted to pay premium for one of my policy at LIC, city office-1 (opposite to tea board), Kolkata. Person sitting at cash reciving counter told "Our main computer is not operating properly". Then I asked, when it will be ok. Replied "not known". A person standing by the side of me said"he tells lie to get rid of work".
Just to verify, I went to your another office, LIC, city office-4, Kolkata at 14.00Hr.(27.5.10). I could deposit the amount without any difficulty. SO MY EARNEST REQUEST IS, PLEASE HAVE A CHECK ON YOUR STUFF, WHO ARE BECMING SUFFERING FOR YOUR CUSTOMER.
