They given documents are:
1) IndusInd bank check for 1 lakh, I have check bounce statement.
2) They given bond for 1year agreement for refundable deposit i.e 1 lakh.
3) They given another bond like if they didnt refund money within this date u can proceed legally and sell all my properties like that.
4) we gave a complaint to CCS police station in Hyderabad and they register case on them. I have FIR statement also.
5) But they came out from court recently because we don't know any idea on court rules. So court given clearance for them but 200 students life gone.
How can I get my money from that fellows.

He given bond for us like U can sell my property if I won't refund money like that. I have that document. His son CEO B.suryaPrasad collected all the money and given checks for us.
Please help and suggest me. I came from very poor family I have to return that money.so, please tell me, How can I get this money from them. They are very happily enjoying outside. But I am I lost my carrer and hopes on job, and upto now I can't repay money back for my relatives from 2 years onwards I am suffering for that money.
