2 year delay for pf withdrawal

I was working with Mac Enterprises I left the job due to my personal reason. I resigned from my services on 30 dec. Had submitted the PF withdrawal papers on the same day to our Mac enterprises hr manager placed at Delhi. But till date I have not received my PF withdrawal funds. Kindly take the action for getting my pf as soon as possible.
