Hi My Name is Khamoshi Patel. i was previously working with magus customer dialog india ltd. after i left the job from magus and i have appled for my provident fund last year in novermber month.
Now its been more than 6 months i still not received my provident fund. so I have decided to call my ahmedabad (gujrat) branch for inquiry but i got reply to wait more. i said fine i will wait. but then i came to know my others friends who were working with me got pf in withing 2 months so i have decided to call to main head office which is chennai customer dialog. and i called up on number 044-30509102. the person i talked to him was sachhinanad and he said dont worry i will get my pf in withing 15 days so i said ok i will wait. after 15 days i checked my a/c but i didnt received any money so i called him again he gave me the same answer and now its been 3 months i am getting the same answer every time.
I again talked to my ahmedabd branch about this and they didnt help me again. so finally i decided to go to customer affair help line no and i adviced by them to send my complaint on this website so doing the same.
