Received a call letter asking to send DD of Rs. 2400

Hello sir,

I have recevied job application from Maharashtra State Agriculture J.P. Nagar M.P but the company want demand draft of Rs. 2400 payable at Delhi.

Without taking interview how they can send appointment letter & why are they asking for money.

But i don't know this COMPANY, company address and phone no. i have offer in SOFTWARE ENG.by this company.

so what to do?
