I worked for Marlabs for 6 months and I resigned from that company on April after completing 6 months period there. From Oct to Apr. I had been the Marlabs employee. When I am getting my salary a fixed amount is deducted from my salary as PF.
On May I urged to submit my PF forms for the recovery of PF amount.
I filled the Forms and sent to Marlab's office on 4th June and it reached there 6th June.
And meanwhile on 23rd of June I Sent a mail to Marlabs HR whether they have submitted the forms to PF Office. They plainly said they have not received my documents yet.
And as I sent the documents through SPEED POST of INDIA POST. I am having the tracking number with me and when I enquired with postal department from them I understood they had delivered it in Marlabs office on 6thof June itself.
