I am a Certified SAP Consultant. I was offered to provide training at Siemens Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad for period of 15 days @Rs 6000 per day on behalf of MaxMunus, a Bangalore based company. It was mentioned in the contract that the payment will be released by company within 15 days but till now it has been over 40 days and the guy named Arvind Sharma ([email protected]) is just giving lame excuses and every other day he gives false assurance that by evening cheque will be deposited, but till now this has not happened.
Also, after a week of training at Siemens Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad I was asked that probably from next week other trainer will be coming but the trainer did not come so I was asked again to provide training for next week. Then I gave training till Wednesday when I was asked to step down, the thing which Siemens guys told me that a new Module has been introduced so we can't carry with you. I said fine and asked them that you should have told me earlier before confirming me for the training. When I was leaving the institute the administrator of the institute asked the guard to put whitener on the entries which I have made, there I caught the guard and took the pic of register from my mobile phone, and send the pictures to the MaxMunus guy. He then said me don't worry as we are the one responsible for your payment, and will do so asap.
From February till now I have been waiting, and nothing has came.
I just want my compensation including my monetary loss.
