Dear sirs
I have already complained through this forum about monsterindia.com. I have paid them an amount of Rs.3520/- on 17/2/10 by my HSBC card for providing their services of "Resume Drafting". Despite several reminders and aslo telephonic calls I haven't got my services done. It is past seven months and hence the very relevance of the purpose for which I have hired their services is lost. As such I have asked them to refund my money paid. It is still pending. My ID No:602790 Can I expect justice from them or will it a voice in wilderness?
