ON 05/03 PURCHASED MOSERBAER LCD FROM CITY COMPUTER AND THE CIMPLAINT NO IS 10121986770005 DATED 18/01.AS IT IS UNDER 1YEAR WARENTY AND 1YEAR EXTEDED WARENTY, I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINNING REGUARLY AND there seems no body really intrested in helping out the greviences of the customer I have purchase this LCD for my Personal PC but rather the entertainment it is giving me mental harassment, i have called the customer service several times since the 3rd feb i am always told that there is a problem in the lcd display and the parts are not available, then when i ask for the senior or the person in charge the customer service excecutive gives me a mobile no of Abhay Tiwari & Onkar 93151-24001, 08802102233 after i call him he assures me that he will send the technicean the next day, but nobody shows up again i call.next day i call Mr. Onkar he tells me to call on monday, i.e today i called him at 10.30am, he asked me to call after 3pm, i called up he said that it will take some time and he is through with the complaint and disconected the call. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE HARASSING ME, AND OIAM NOT SURE OF EVEN GETTING THE LCD REPAIRED, OR REPLACED, PLEASE HELP, i am harassed by both, please help me in this regard thank you.
