My P.F account no. is OR/2910/99 lying with M/S Ballarpur Industries Ltd.
Since May 1998, I have sent a number of letters to M/S Ballarpur Industries Ltd.(UNIT-SEWA), Gaganpur- RS- 764002, Jeypore (ORISSA) [Phone numbers:- 06854-230227, 230220, 92381, 80851] to send me my P.F amount with updated interest but I received a letter from the company (Letter no:- BILT- US/PDC/522 dated:- 05/02) after two years in which it was written, "Further more, necessary arrangements are being made with our P.F trust at Calcutta for settling your P.F account."
After that a number of reminders were sent to the company in this regard but no reply till 2010. Copies of the letters were sent to the head office of M/S BILT at Gurgaon and also to the Deputy Director (Vigilance), E.P.F.O., Calcutta. Then on 24/8 I received some forms (vide their letter no. 7429 dated 24/8) and blank cash receipt to be signed and sent to the company. I signed the forms and the blank cash receipt and sent to the company on 6/12 and the company received the same on 13/12 but no reply from the company even after 5 months.
I also sent letters to the deputy director (Vigilance), E.P.F.O., Calcutta (Phone numbers:- 23593687, email:- [email protected]) on 19/3, 3/5 and 29/6, what to hear ultimately? &-- Because the BILT trust is an exempted one so I should contact the EPF Trust of the BILT. Because BILT Trust didnot reply me satisfactorily during last twelve years, therefore I approached the EPFO officers. Exempted trusts are also under control of EPFO.
On 14/4 I sent letter to the Director (Vigilance), EPFO, New Delhi (Phone numbers:- 011-26172676, 26100251, 26178345 and email:- [email protected]), but no reply so far. I am also giving phone numbers of Head Office of BILT at Gurgaon which are 0124-6389491/92/93/94, 6389496/97/98/99. I am totally at a loss to understand what should I do? I request you to kindly help me to get my P.F amount with the updated compound interest.
