by paying Rs.500 by DD no.30430 dated 06.01.2009 for rendering certain services for employment of my daughter Miss. P.Brindha in MNC based on her merit. The firm offered to get her employment as a part of their professional services. Based on the information furnished by us like biodata, passport size photo and ID proof you advised that you will arrange for interview with M/s. Mind Tree Technologies. For arranging the interview and confirmation of the job they demanded Rs.50, 000 which was paid by NEFT to their ICICI Bank account No. ICIC0000342 at Coimbatore on 19.01.2009 with the condition that the amount will be refunded if they were not able to secure the employment with M/s. Mind Tree Technologies. They made us to travel to Bangalore in May to get the appointment order. They got my daughter’s signature on what was purported to be an acceptance of offer of employment from M/s. Mind Tree Technologies at an annual compensation of Rs.350000 on the letter head of M/s. Mind Tree Technologies. Till date the firm has neither arranged the employment as HRD nor refunded the amount of Rs.50000 paid by us. I have reminded them several times over phone to honour their commitment. They have misled me to believe the employment will be effective from May. It appears that the offer letter signed by my daughter at Bangalore is fake and they have deliberately misled with fraudulent intention. We have paid the registration fee of Rs.500 and Rs.50000 in good faith but they have received the money from us with intention to defraud and cheat. They have also stopped attending the calls from me.
