M/S Unichem Laboratoris Ltd
Non settlement of PF and Family pension A/C

Dear Sir,

I was an employee of M/S Unichem Laboratories Ltd. My PF account number MH-1064-2174. I left the company in 1982.I wrote the matter to the to the said company, then the company worote the same to the PF Commissioner, Mumbai-51 vide letter Ref FCS: PF: SFF:82-83 dt04.05.1982 and the reminder letter ondt30.04.1983.But till today I have nither received my claim settlement nor any communication from your end.

Therefore, I may request you to settle my above said account at the earliest.
