I got offer latter form 09.01.2011but still not conform me the joining date

Hello sir

I got a offer latter from Muthoot finance Ltd since 09.01.2011 but still they didn't conform me the date of joining. I also contacted the HR manager of Kolkata Region, he told me that they will call me. If i didn't got a call from them then what i will do?

Please suggest me & help me in this problem.
