Charging registration fees but not showing goodcompany

Dear sir

My name is saidulu, Am looking for a job, in that regarding i went to myjobsguru it is job consultancy ..they said that they will show job in one month and they have charged 100/- as registration fees, afther getting the job i need to pay 3 months of salary ..

am ready to pay the salary but they are not even success to show me a good company
