I have applied for Australia as a tourist but my case was refused, i given him 1, 40000 Rs, 40, 000 by Bank transfer (with Recipt) and 1 lacs By Cash, .He gave back 40, 000 imidiatly, but rest 1, 00000 not give to me..I have also submit a FIR at SSP Hoshiarpur but that is also till Pending, Now i want justise
