Company is focus only middle management employees, not to focus on ground level employees, recently company has to push out some recent employees, how did u calculate such a people is not working, you just inquiry about employees, more over u r team depend on what the boss are comments, is only amount in rating matter, it is not correct, even u r hr team is worst, no one asking who are revealing the company. not doest not get feedback and every thing, only think is polishing who are polishing people they only survey in your company, icici bank is very bad, not good, no manners.
