Even I am facing the same problem, company is holding my salaries for last three months - Jan, Feb, March company is facing lot of financial problems, fund problems, the management had forced me to put the resignation, on their own format which they made for making themselves safe for any kind of legal action, they emothinally/physically black mail and giving harassment to their employees and take their resignation, no-one like to work such bad group but they should pay the pending dues, they recruit un-necessary staffs however they are not capable enough to pay the salaries. Late salaries is the big problem for this organization, lots of people were not capable to survive in such situation.
