Delay in getting work

Respected Sir/Madam

I would like to submit complaint regarding delay in getting my CD-work. I registered on 6th July received attachment on 24th July and immediately send attachment on 25th July. As per the rule i should have received the work on 31st July but i didnot get any cd till date. They are not giving any kind of response. The booking office address is P-236 Block-B, Lake Town, Kolkata-89, Ph no-03330102743/44 .I would like to know whether anything can be done against this company or its booking branch company. Please help me in this regard.
