I am doing FOREX TRADING since 3 months. My friends said that use age is only 1GB & they said me take BSNL.So I preferred 250BB PLAN, but my friends are using only SIFY BROADBAND.Everything was smooth till my last bill i.e my first bill amount 649.00 only including modem rental.
Today I received an SMS from BT-BSNLCARE, that my billing amount is Rs.7473.95Ps which shocked me. This is an ABNORMAL AMOUNT.This cannot happen at all as far as my knowledge is concerned, becoz, I am using this only 2 hour per day. Even if you put Rs.30 PER HOUR, this much of amount is not possible. I have requested for my ITEMISED BILL today, which they said that it will provided only after 3 days. I am going to take LEGAL ACTION if I don't get JUSTICE in this situation.
I need you to take action against this. Till then I will not be using the BSNL BROADBAND until it is rectified.
