Attention- Recruitment Consultants!!!
We are a Recruitment Consultant Star Express Consultants (P) Ltd based in the capital of Jharkhand. In the month of April A Company from Kolkata NK Realtors Pvt Ltd have shortlisted few candidates from my consultancy & told that they will be conforming the names after few days. When I ask the Hr to mail me the name of selected candidates, she has confirmed on the phone and said they they will be starting their operational by end of may. The candidates who shortlisted from my consultancy were chasing me for the offer letter. Similarly I have made a call to the HR regarding this issue, she has straightly said that my candidates will not have to wait for NK..It means either they dont have the requirement for the positions or they conducted the interview to do the survey to know their competitors.
As a Recruitment consultant we are acountable to close the positions floated by the company on their norms, Such as Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Salary& location. It requires lots of afford to hunt for a right talent for the openings.

This is totally unprofessional. In future please check the professional background of company before sourcing any candidates.
