Mobile lost. Block the sim & phone

Dear Sir,

My Noika hand set with dolpine sevice has been stolen in Mumbai local trains. My cell # was 09869068490 and hand set 15 digit number was 35683 30275 46773. I would like you to block my SIM as well as make my hand set ono-functional.

I would like to know whether I will get same number?
