PF not withdrawn by Adecco

I have deposited all my documents to Adecco flexione related to withdrawl my pf on 21.05.2009 by Registerd post, but unfortunately till date 10.03.2010. I have to follow up with Adecco & EPF office Banglore, but no one in the condition to give me the status when I will get the pf.
