PF amount to be claimed

I have PF account No KN/7090/342 of Karnataka Scooter ltd later taken over by Brooke Bond India ltd, the PF amount accumulated over period, as on 1990-91 Employees contribution is Rs. 16368.00 and Employers contribution Rs16368.00, has not been transfered, and is still remaining with PF office in Bangalore.

Since the Brooke Bond India is no more in exsistance, the accumulated amount is due to me along with interest as on to day

As of now I am retired from the service and in need of this amount

I would be much obliged if PF office direct me how to claim this amount.
