Dear Ananya Madam,
As shared to you today in our conversation in the office also informed to you through SMS for your suggestion that operations is not ready to accept and allow me to serve the notice period after repeated request through telephonic calls, emails and physical visit to and with them.
I visited them but they are busy in their work and not quite OK to respond me, and as a Team Leader in the process its quite embarrassing to wait in between the floor and to answer the agents smoothly about the reason or answering their curiosity.
You are also busy with some important meetings in these past 2 days, though I am really thankful to you for your's only response to me in this situation and busy schedule of yours work.
So I am indirectly compelled to summit my resignation and forced to fulfill the wish of my seniors and managers.
I will only request again that as I belief I am not " Asked To Leave " as I am not well and was absent with relevant documents and information to my authorities and from my end I tried all the ways and always ready to serve the notice period till now mentally and physically.
So please clear me with smooth Exit Formalities, (With Release Letter & Experience Certificate) and all the entitles that are fair for general resignation.

Dear Sir,
I was not able to attend the office as today also I am having fever, as shared to all of you today through SMS in the afternoon, also you all have observed the same in my physical visit with you all yesterday, i.e on 05/01.I will be reporting to office ASAP as I get little recovered.
Yesterday i.e on 05/01, my reporting seniors want me to resign due to absentism but I shared to you all that I will be ill, it is not preplanned and I came with 101 degree temperature and visited you all, and practically shown you the health condition as asked and ordered by you all to do, due to that exertion I am more ill today.
I belief I have not done any thing against the company policy that I am " ASKED TO LEAVE " from my job and from the organisation.
If really the operations is facing hard to keep me or support me in this condition, then it will be a humble request to allow me to serve a notice period and help me atleast to complete a proper and respectful exit formalities from the time I recover a little from my illness.
