Not Hearing about my Tubewell connection file

I jagmohan Sharma S/o Shri Jagmohan Sharma (09887285661) I take tubewell connection in 2008 my file no. 6512 swikrati date 10.11.08 but not release connection yet. now file status is in waiting list 568. so please release my tubewell connection as soon as possible. many rounds do the electricity board buland shahr but no hearing about me
