We select our New Joiners as Trainee Managers and Train and develop them on all functional areas of Business Management over a period of 6-8 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
Management Trainee => Leader => Team Leader => Assistant Business Head => Business Head
This position starts with a Management Trainee who is sequentially trained to be a Leader, then a Team Leader, then an Assistant Business Head and finally a Business Head.

Remuneration: 14, 000- 25, 000 pm
