Employment agency which does not provides job after taking money

I Mahesh hereby want your help to take action against the above mentioned company as company took money worth rs.6350/- on 1-6 by telling that within a three month the employment would be done at required post by us.

But today one year has been passing but still no job is received by me.

Please take action against such company and help me to recover my money back and also reply the same to me.
