My husband and I have been, along with many family members and business accounts, a customer of RBC/PNC bank for many, many years. An employee at the 308 Martin Street, Pell City, Al. 35125 location has been relentless in pursuing customers with successful businesses in the area. She has talked with famliy and friends about personal and business accounts that she handles. My husband and I own a very successful business in Pell City, Al. and bank with PNC as we have for many years before PNC took over. She pursued my husband for a while all the while knowing he is married with 5 children. She handles our successful business acct and went after what she she wanted. Several of her colleagues covered for her and she spent hours away from her job pursuing my husband and texted continuously all day long all the while she was working at PNC. I have already sent a certified letter to the Client Relations and have copies of hundreds and hundreds of texts if you need them. She has in NO way acted in a professional manner and I want her fired from this institution. She has caused you guys many accounts and much grief throughout this small town of Pell City. She does not deserve or have the morals to work with an institution that handles anyones private and business affairs. She has motives for everything she does and its to benefit her only and not PNC. Her name is Virginia Lee Walp. She had caused alot of grief in this small town and no one will forget what she has done. She is reckless and PNC does not need an employee like her.
