However, according to your resume, your work experiences are quite exciting. And now your eligibility to work in our company has been confirmed in the office by the Company's Management. Welcome to PDVSA: I am pleased to offer you employment in the position of SAP Consultant
with PDVSA State Oil Company. I am eager to have you as part of our team. I foresee your
potential skills as a valuable contribution to our company and clients. Your appointment as
SAP Consultant will commence on 15th March.
As SAP Consultant, Your monthly take home salary will be directly credited to your bank
account that will be opened by the Company for you. The Payroll Administrator will provide the
details to you. You are entitled to all allowances, free accommodation, fringe benefits and
other terms and conditions of your employment which will be as per Company policies as
applicable from time to time. You will be entitled to monthly starting salary of £ 8, 630.00 (Eight
Thousand six Hundred and Thirty Pounds). You shall receive your payment before 28th of
every month.
Your compensation will be reviewed every year in the month of March as per Company policy.
You will be initially placed at Avenue Liberation, Torre Estate Road Aberdeen but, your
services are transferable to any other offices of the Company, in the UK and abroad at the
discretion of the company’s management. A limit of an average of 48 hours a week can be
required to work, which is 8 hours work within 24 hours. And an in-work rest breaks. You are
entitled to 4 weeks paid leave per year.
You should note that the first six months of your employment constitute a probationary period
during which we can fully assess your suitability for this role and you can decide if you have
made the right decision joining us. Your salary will be reviewed after a period of 6 months and
thereafter every 12 months.
This letter of appointment is based on the information furnished in your resume for
employment and interviews, inductions and trainings that will be held in March in UK. If, at
any time in future, it comes to light that any of this information is incorrect or any relevant
information has been withheld, then your employment is liable to be terminated without notice
You are required to sign on the right hand corner of this letter and submit a copy of this letter
of appointment as a token of your acceptance of our terms and conditions and send the copy
