PF withdraw status

I have submitted my PF account to wazirpur (Delhi) PF office for withdraw of my PF amount on 7 th december and i have got the acknowledge also from them. After that till now i didnt get any information from them. I have tried to call so many times but i couldnt. I recently i came to know that the wazirpur PF office has been shifted to the dwarka sector 23. Now also i couldnt contact them because i dont have the contact details. I kindly request you to pls help me out to receive my PF amount.
