At the time of recruitment they will tell you for pay them Rs. 9400 for 15 days (but that will minimum about 45 days) without stipend after that they will pay you 4500-6000 (but real is 3000 irregularly) after 3 months they will pay you 10000 (but real is 3000 10% of projects).
They cant complete a small project efficiently thats why client always reject their projects, thats because, the project leader does not know anything about desktop and web application even he can not understand what the clients want.
Be aware of these two mankind (animal looks like short man and a dangerous woman) at the time of recruiting they will welcome you like they are very honest but they are most likely bitch
