Main Line Train Problem
Complain for conflicting the time schedule of main line train

I do not know any body of concern authority may take the necessary steps to resolve problem but I am trying to raise this atleast they know the problem. In Morning there is two Ranaghat - Sealdah local one is 9 coaches (all stop) an another is 12 Coaches (Gallop). I do not know who fix the train schedule in such a way that 9 coaches Ranghat local have to wait 2-3 Mins to reach the departure time at Belgharia (9.51 AM). Then the same train have to wait in outer Signal of DumDum so that 12 Coaches Ranaghat Gallop will reach the Platform no-2 (Most of the Days), Departure then 9 coaches ranaghat will reach DumDum. The distance from Belgharia to Dumdum which is hardly 5 mins and that take atleast 10-12 mins. We are unable to catch The metro of 9.02 AM though which should be avilable for us. If any body raise the matter to concern authority to solve it I am very much oblised on behalf of passengers of 9 Coaches Ranaghat local.
