I wish to file a case against Plus placement, pls someone advise. I am a client who hired them to give me candidates. Very smartly they took 1 full year fees with condition of 'No Refund'. They are a BIG BIG Fraud company. Highly Unprofessional, Unorganized. Am stuck with them as my hard earned money has gone to them and now I keep on calling them and following -up with them, with no response from their side and then their staff has guts to say that "Mam pls done be impatient, we are working". Again they will vanish, again I will call them back, sometimes very smartly they dont answer calls, or will say that the person looking after my account is on leave. Even after leaving messages no one calls back from their office. Their staff is RUDE, the owners don't disclose their identity. I really want someone to help me file a case against them in Cosumer Court. Why should i let my hard earned money go in hands of Frauds. PLS HELP
