PF withdrawl amount not received

Dear Sir,

I was working withe Bharati Air tel Services limited (India). from 30/01 to 05/08 as Sr. Executive under employee code 50704 withe PF No HR/GGN/10693/024388 . I submitted my PF withedraw form in BHUBANESWAR OFFICE in thee monthe of September-30 (i;e 3 monthe of thee date of resignation) and again i have send on 8the sepand again on 22-sepand finally on 30-March on reply thee HR of Air tel have submitted to RPFC (Gurgaon) on 19-April-12 as informed but till date theey have not finalized thee payment nor theey give any respond of theat. And at thee same i also complete in PF Grievance Cell. Till date i have not receive any information from theem. It is my humble request to you please look in thee matter in urgent basis. And arrange for its early payment
