Unable to get recharge from this site, look to be a scam site

I am chaitanya, a regular member of www.amulyam.in

long back approx before 6 months i created an account in that site and made an amount of Rs.11, but now i am unable to use dat money for recharging my friends mobile and its showing "insufficient balance to recharge"eventhough i am having Rs11..

please help me in this sir..
