Sir,
I wish to intimate that I booked the airlines tickets to & fro (Indigo) from your Park street office for Kolkata to Bangalore and booked the Hotel for stay at Bangalore (Gandhinagar) from 26/03 to 03/04 (at Hotel Canopy, 6th cross road, Gandhinagar, Bangalore, behind movie land cinema). I booked from your park street office personally on 09 Mar.
I along with my mother and wife visited Bangalore & Tirupati. On 28/03 we went to Tirupati and back on 29/03 night in the Hotel Canopy, 6 th cross road, which was booked from your office for the above mentioned period.
Later on 30/03 we went out for site seeing. After coming back in hotel we find the Prasad of Tirupati (Laddus) quantity five out of total six are missing, which we intend to bring for our relatives at Kolkata.
I tried so many times to speak with the proprietor of the hotel (JP Narshimamurthy) to inform him about this matter but he is always telling he is busy or not present in office. That is why I wish to bring the same in your notice and to take adequate action against the employees of the hotel canopy, 6th cross road, Gandhinagar, Bangalore.
These unexpected things are really shocked me.
Moreover, it also brought to your kind notice that during our stay the phone was not connected, every time I went to reception and call the boy for water etc. The towels and bedsheets were so dirty, no-one like to touch those. At the last they forcibly change my mother occupied room from 109 to 108.
This way we harassed during our tour to Tirupati with my aged mother. Do you feel, I did wrong to book the hotel like this through you?
