Non supply of Manpowe

AK GROUP is a manpower services provider. They promises us in written that they will provide us manpower (cooks) for my restaurant winthin few days in response to the RS 2900 paid to them and if in case they didnot provide us manpower they refund our money. But till now they didnot send any candidate nor they refund our money 2 months have been passed. we also confirmed with others and we found this company cheat. we called 100 times to this group but every time a girl at their reception picked up the phone and she always say madam is not there i will update u later. so need to a serious action against them
