Pf amount not received

I am sumit bansi pable . with the employee id:714683 was employed in andromeda marketing private limited PUNE from 26 april-09 to 10-nov-09 . i was working as cse. i had filled pf form twice and its been 3 months back i filled the form but still i have not received any amount from the epfo / neither i got any info about the same from andromeda .my sbi account no is 31004683639.and PF A/C NO.MH/41081/37583 so plz let me know aboout the same as early as possible.thanking you
