WHEN I HAVE TO MOVE AROUND CITY ON SEVERAL NEEDS LIKE GOING TO MRO OFFICE/GVMC/BANKS/DEPARTMENTAL STORES/MEDICAL NEEDS, I TAKE DAY PASS EITHER GENERAL OR METRO EXPRESS TWICE/THRICE IN A WEEK. NOW A DAYS IF FIND CONDUCTORS RELUCTANT TO ISSUE PASSES INSIDE BUS SAYING NO PASS AVAILABLE. IT IS SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT EARLY HOURS OF THE DAY ITSELF THIS SORT OF STATEMENT COMES ON WHICH I FEEL NOT CORRECT. MAY I REQUEST YOUR HONOUR TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ISSUE NECESSARY INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL DEPOTS TO MAINTAIN AVAILABILITY OF DAY PASSES BEFORE THE START FROM THEIR RESPECTIVE DEPOTS. NOW ONWARDS I WILL RECORD THE TICKET NO. ISSUED, BUS NO ETC. AND FURTHER COMPLAINTS WILL BE REGISTERED IN SPECIFIC CASE WHERE I FACE SUCH INCIDENTS. THANK YOU.
